ABOUT SAHANA

Ordinary woman who
wants everybody
to unfold and live from the
True self.

CALLED TO SHARE

I’m not here to fix women.

I’m here to walk alongside them

as they remember who they already are.

This work didn’t come from theory.

It came from lived experience.

From watching how easily we abandon ourselves —

and how powerful it is when we stop.

How I hold space

I don’t use heavy spiritual language.

I don’t push catharsis.

I don’t rush transformation.

What I value is:

  • Respect

  • Openness

  • Presence

  • Breaking things down gently

  • Starting small, verifying, then expanding

This is slow, honest work —

and that’s why it lasts.

The women I work with

Women 30+ who already know something is off.

Who are done with self-improvement as pressure.

Who want awareness, not another role to perform.

Women who want to live from inner space —

not reaction.

This is not about becoming better.

It’s about becoming truer.

If this feels familiar,

you’re in the right place.

GLIMPES OF MY JOURNEY

She was born and brought up in Denmark.

She studied Sales and Marketing at a university in Denmark before choosing to continue her studies abroad in London.

For much of her life, she lived in patterns of people-pleasing, overthinking, and holding back her true voice — always striving for success, love, and approval, without realizing how deeply disconnected she had become from herself.

She spent 2.5 years in London working in sales for major U.S. software companies. When the pandemic hit, she moved back to Denmark and continued her work remotely. But as life began to shift — friendships faded and inner turbulence arose, she was forced to spend time alone — she was pulled into a deeper search for truth, meaning, and self-connection.

During this time, she began asking life deeper questions. Why did situations and people’s opinions control her emotions and thoughts? Why was she so identified with her mind? Was there more to life than this?

After years of diving inward, she knew she couldn’t keep it to herself — what she had experienced was something others deserved to feel too. She continued working in a German corporate company while quietly figuring out how she could serve. And now, here she is — having left her full-time job to help others break free and live from their highest potential.
